2010 Costume Institute Gala

>
Jennifer Lopez made jaws drop in her stunning, strapless Zuhair Murad Haute Couture ball gown, Judith Leiber clutch, and Sergio Rossi slingbacks.

Katy Perry lit up the arrivals line in a Lorraine Schwartz statement necklace and a floor-length CuteCircuit dress, which glowed thanks to concealed strands of lights stitched into the seams.

Oscar de la Renta escorted Oprah Winfrey down the red carpet, who happened to be wearing a gorgeous navy gown custom made by Mr. de la Renta himself!

Taylor Swift looked rather ethereal thanks to her Ralph Lauren gown, loose locks, and sparkling drop earrings.

Jessica Alba channeled Old Hollywood in a glamorous Sophie Theallet for Gap gown, classic updo, and bountiful baubles.

Nicole Richie's jet-black tresses overshadowed her disco ball-inspired Marc Jacobs dress.

Sienna Miller was quite possibly the best-dressed woman in attendance. Her plunging Emilio Pucci dress, Solange Azagury-Partridge jewels, and strappy Pucci heels were sensational. Her beau, Jude Law, made for delicious arm candy thanks to his sleek suit and tousled toupee.

"Big Love" star Chloe Sevigny was a hot mess from head to toe thanks to her unruly 'do, tulle-adorned Proenza Schouler mini, and clunky, hoof-like heels.

Despite rumors of yet another breakup, Jessica Biel and boyfriend Justin Timberlake were all smiles. Biel was passable in a draped Ralph Lauren Collection gown and dirty hair, while JT rocked an all-black William Rast tuxedo.

Singer Janet Jackson unfortunately left too little to the imagination in her low-cut Lanvin gown.

20-year-old "Harry Potter" star Emma Watson was a vision in a white, custom-made, one-shoulder Burberry masterpiece, which featured a scandalous slit.(PRETTY! 5/5)

Gavin Rossdale donned a traditional tux, while Gwen Stefani was her usual glam self in a shimmering gown from her own line, L.A.M.B.

Rachel Bilson was cute in a flouncy printed Louis Vuitton frock.

Usher looked straight out of the '80s in his powder-blue tux. The crooner hit the red carpet with Jimmy Choo impresario Tamara Mellon, whose cut-out cream gown was a major fashion fail.

Kristen Stewart committed a crime against fashion in this Chanel Haute Couture bi-polar travesty of a gown.

Sean "Diddy" Combs, in a Dries Van Noten tux, embarrassed himself yet again by wearing unnecessary sunglasses to an indoor event, along with a cheesy pinky ring.

Eva Longoria Parker donned a strapless Marchesa gown featuring a dramatic train, while Marchesa designer (and Harvey Weinstein's pregnant wife) Georgina Chapman had fun in a feathery frock.

A pregnant Vera Farmiga dared to don a dress by Sophie Theallet that made her look more like a saloon girl than a fashionista.

Jimmy Fallon stood out (in a good way) in his white tuxedo jacket, which featured satin lapels.

Shia LaBeouf's better half Carey Mulligan opted for a retro Miu Miu mini, black tights, matching black booties, simple diamond studs, and a crisp coif.

Yes, she has incredible legs, but "Gossip Girl" actress Blake Lively's garish Marchesa mini was better suited to the Olympic ice rink than the elegant Met gala.

Kristen Bell was the belle of the ball in her strapless Diane von Furstenberg dress, chain-link bracelet, and signature smile.

Anne Hathaway's gorgeous Valentino gown deserved more than to be paired with the actress' lackluster locks.
(I give a 5 /5 to Anne. So stunning. As always♥)

Kirsten Dunst made her grand entrance in a lacy, pearl-adorned, one-shoulder Rodarte for Gap frock, which she paired with Van Cleef & Arpels jewels and Nicholas Kirkwood for Rodarte granny booties. Essentially, she wore a doily.

Floral frocks are all the rage this spring, and Eva Mendes didn't disappoint in her strapless Dolce & Gabbana stunner and striking accessories.

Though she was missing boyfriend Leonardo DiCaprio as her arm candy, model Bar Refaeli was stunning in a custom black-and-cream lace mini by Rag & Bone.
